What's the history behind the alternative version of rubbernecking?

there were two remixes of rubbernecking. i suspect the on you have was done by my friend tom walker aka universal constructors aka something else now but i can't remember what. we were working together in london back in 2000 and he asked if he could have a go at remixing it and did a really good job i think.

Hey you ought to release a cover album, the u2 'WOWOY' was fabulous!!
