I was wondering if anyone knows who sings on it Tom or Tim? I stumbled across it once but couldn't download it at the time so I want to know in case I ever find it again. _________________ Mused.biz - Ultimate MUSE Resource

Is definitely a demo. I got that from Limewire last year but performance is quite studio so I don't think is radio. Also, if it were a live, people around should clap _________________ ''Follow through, make your dreams come true. I'm pretty sure Chris is right and that this is a radio session from late 2003 or very early 2004 at most, rather than being an actual demo - its definitely from the earlier period (it lacks the slightly more interesting bassline for the second half of the intro that was present during the Feb 2004 UK tour and there-on, including in the H&F studio recording) and some of the synth backing sounds are cleaner than the modern version. However, it sounds pretty much like a radio session that I downloaded in very early 2004 - same bass parts, similar sounds, though it isn't actually that recording
So yeah - I'd be prepared to say its not a demo, but a radio session recording that people like to pass off on sharing sites as a demo. I'd say its a studio session for radio, similar to what they did for KCRW and others back in November 2003 - these sessions have no audience, so there'd be no clapping or anything. No demo for me. _________________ http://www.keanebackline.info - exclusive Tim Rice-Oxley interview now online! |
